Let us stop mistreatment of women in India through each one of us working on the people on whom we have direct influence--our family members and friends.

Every male in India who misbehaves with women is a son, brother, father, uncle, or grand-father of another female. In My Sphere of Influence requests every man and woman in India to take a promise from the men in his or her "sphere of influence" that they will treat every female they encounter with respect. This promise will also include a pledge to stop others from engaging in disrespectful activities toward women in India.
