Hello Everyone 😊
I’ve decided to start blogging given my current situation during this Pandemic. I’ve made some important life decisions recently - after being temporarily laid off and feeling like I had lost my identity with my job. I had to take a look deep within, at my gifts and the things I was good at.
With a renewed sense of clarity and appreciation for the gifts I've been given, I enrolled in a Reiki Course. Reiki is something I’ve always been interested in and that I'm very susceptible to. I’m currently on my Reiki journey having completed my level 1 so I’m documenting my journey and will be blogging about it for those of you interested in hearing how I’m getting on.
Wellness and Psychology are two other things I’ve a huge interest in - helping people is a big thing for me and what I have now realized to be my life purpose so I invite you to have a read of my blog.

I always think it's so important to know how to help someone who's having a panic attack.. These tips might help.. Feel free to share if you've any tips to add 💓
As a worrier, I find this powerful... Worrying truly is such a pointless exercise and whilst some of us are natural born worriers, it's a habit we can try to combat 💓 ' Worrying is like a rocking chair.. It gives us something to do but gets us nowhere!'

Panic attacks... I'm sure we've all experienced one in some form at some stage of our life. Here are some helpful tips on how to fight them. Anybody have any other ideas on how to calm an attack, feel free to share in comments below 💓
