This poem aptly captures our aspirations, from our highest self to yours.

It is true that when you look back, all the dots connect. OMSA has been a true labor of love ever since we launched on August 8, 2019. We have achieved so many milestones together since then – whether we crossed paths at OMSA’s first pop-up at HK’s IRIS festival, or at the Aanya Boutique on Hollywood Road, or we hosted you at our sister circles or our online live sessions, we are privileged to be able to share in a little of your inner magic.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to every single.one.of.you. in our community – you have been our everything, and we hope to have served you in some small way. That is our continued mission at OMSA - to awaken you to your truest potential, wherever you are on your journey.

After much reflection, it feels the right time for OMSA to take a sacred pause. A sacred pause is a suspended moment of limbo, where one does not have to speak, fix, achieve, resist or run away - but simply be free to observe. To honor where OMSA has been and where it is going, we intend to unveil a new project that reflects a higher alignment and frequency in tune with the ongoing, evolving journey of our lives.

Have you set your intentions for 2023? Here's how you can create your own powerful visualisation ceremony and empower your goals. You will need a quiet space, a smudge stick or candle to clear the energy and a notebook.

1. Smudge the space you are in. Close your eyes and sink into your body with a short meditation.
2. Reflect on your past year and ask yourself: What were your greatest achievements? What obstacles did you come across? What lessons did you learn? What did not serve you? Write down 3 things that you wish to take with you into the year and 3 things you wish to leave behind.
3. Now take a few deep belly breaths. With each exhale let go of your thoughts of the past. Imagine your future self, waking up 12 months from now. Ask yourself: How do I feel? What am I most grateful for? What does my new reality look like? Sit with each answer for a moment, noticing how every cell in your body feels. Write down everything that you notice.
5. Seal the ceremony by repeating this mantra: "I let go of everything that doesn't serve me. I welcome in a new year of light, abundance and true happiness."
