Alhamdulillah 20 biji licin smlm. Itu pun ada yg lambat masuk order and I tak cukup masa nak buat the 3rd round.

Raya lepas Ada few ppl share gambar kek lapis yg derang beli. Saya nampak ramai yg hidang kek Lapis Cara yg salah.. tak nampak design keknya. Sakit Mata I menengoknya! 😵💫
Let me share here how to have a nice clean cut of your Kek Lapis Sarawak.
First, chill your cakes, especially kek lapis yg Ada chocolate ni... If U cut in room temperature, agak comot nnt.
Gunakan pisau licin. Do not use shredded knife or plastic knife ye.
Pastikan mana Sisi susunan kek. Potong melintang supaya nampak coraknya. Potong ikut ketebalan yg sesuai. Susun dalam piring hidang or serving dish.
