Taking a moment to remember the one and only . We miss you, Miko.

Here at Homefront K9, we strive to create life-long bonds with you and your dog. We mean as much to them as they mean to us. Serving one another in tough times is what it's all about.

It's what our mission has been from the start: Born to serve.

I wanted to share with you the story of Ajax, our very own service wolf-dog! A little over two years ago, Homefront K9 was contacted with an ask to rehome a very unusual dog. That is how we ended up with this beautiful fella. Hard work and dedication turned this unusual dog into a great companion. He's been through many sessions of obedience training, and although he's unlike any other dog breed, he's been doing great!

Now that being said,wollf-dogs are not suitable for service dogs, and Homefront K9 does not provide them as an option.

Every year, thousands of wolf hybrids are abandoned or euthanized due to the negligence of their previous owners. A lot of the lucky ones end up at wolf sanctuaries around the country.

Research into every dog breed is incredibly important. Wolf-dogs are often unpredictable and very skiddish animals. Before trying to adopt one, please do thorough research and make sure you are capable of providing the best care and dedication to them.

Hilde has been delivered to her trainer and started the process of her service dog training. We are excited to see where this pup goes and the great ways in which she will improve a special forces veteran's life!

Hey guys! Meet Oden, a young Rottweiler starting his training to support an SOF family! Thank you for all your support, it goes a long way in helping us make a positive impact in helping these warriors and their families.

We hope to see you all this April in VA Beach at the Whiskey and War Stories event!

Our Story

Home Front K9 Project 501(c)(3) was created to help "Protect those who Protect Us". We are dedicated to placing capable and stable protection K9s in the homes of deployed soldiers, sailors, and Marines.

Home Front K9 Project is lead by veteran Navy SEAL Richard Graham to empower families through the amazing relationships we have with our K9 companions.

Just as Service Dogs work wonders in the lives of so many families around the world, they make an even greater impact in the broken spirits of our troubled veteran community. Currently there are over 22 veterans who commit su***de everyday across our great nation. This is unacceptable.

Home Front K9 Project is currently embedding service dogs into active duty families so we can start the "re-intergration and healing" process for our military war fighters before they are veterans. Helping to mend the emotional scars early on and before they become large problems which may jeopardize the family dynamic and or themselves.

In addition, by placing these dogs within the families, our service members can have piece of mind about their family back home, knowing that a highly cable K9 is by their side, willing and able to protect them. This will allow the war fighter to stay focused on the mission and increase their likely hood of returning home safely with their team mates.

As you can imagine this is no easy task, as Multi-Purpose K9's take much training to prepare them for this mission. Likewise the family must receive training in how to work with the K9 and help integrate it into their lifestyle. This is why Home Front K9 Project will also host these families at the Deep Woods USA facility in Central Florida to partake in training events for the entire family with their dog. These training events are great opportunities for the family to work together and build relationships with each other around this very special creature.

You can be apart of our mission! We are looking for sponsors to help fund our project by assisting in the cost of purchasing the K9 from a breeder, the cost of training the K9, and the cost of hosting the families for their training and experience of adding a great and loving animal to their families. The results have been incredible so far, and we are just getting started! HFK9 “BORN TO SERVE!”
