First time I succeeded with a recipe idea.
Have you ever felt lost in being able to figure out how to make things? I've taken on learning how to cook steel cut oats and today I had this idea to mash up 1/2 of a mes banana with about 4 tbs of unsweetened vanilla coconut milk, a dash of cinnamon, 1 cup of warm steel cut oats (that I pre cooked 2 days ago), 1/2 tsp of stevia, and 1tsp of real butter.
Omgeeee....this is so delish!!!

I've been seeing fellow Spartan's posting amazing pictures of this guy for about a week now. I'm in awe.
Comes back to the thing that Our team of coaches has been talking a lot about lately and that's belief.
When someone goes into any type of challenge it's not easy, at all. The majority of us give up, because you start to fail, then lose belief in yourself and easily fall into saying, "I can't do that, I've tried, it just doesn't work for me." I don't know he many times I've seen people pass up their dreams for the "easy road."
Life isn't supposed to be easy, it's supposed to be challenging. When you believe you can do anything, you'll become just as bad ass as this guy here!

Tip to pull those knees and feet up: get something to jump over.
Focus and go slow and Stay in control to prevent injury.

8 Weeks With
Down 5 lbs and 3 1/4 inches.
Gained muscle in my arms, back, and leaning more out in my mid section.
This program is amazing with only 30 min workouts. I wasn't perfect all the time in my nutrition and had to miss 3 days of working-out due to straining my back. But the most important thing is I never give up! I will do this program again after I'm done with Body Beast this summer :)

The switch kicks, it's a love hate relationship.
The trick to achieving results- Don't Give Up just because it feels like you can't get it. Practice makes you better.
How to Meal Prep with 21 Day Fix!
Some of you ask me how I prep for an entire week. Below in the pics is how I do it. These pictures show just my fruit prep but I use this same method with all my other containers too. Red (Meat) and Yellow (Healthy Carbs) I use Tupperware instead of the bags. You just prep enough bags/containers to last you the entire week.
It really is a non-complicated system that is very adaptable to what works for your life. BONUS is it totally takes the guess work out on what to eat!
