In 2020 I began to learn medical intuition. II absolutely love what I do and am honored to be able to offer this deeply healing work to my clients.

Love it! Seriously though, what are your favorite ways to sneak in veggies into food for people that don't like them much?
I find you can hide them in pasta sauce and chili pretty easily as well as meatloaf/burgers.
