These delicious coconut freezer bars are made with only three ingredients! These creamy coconut bars are topped with a layer of dark chocolate and taste like homemade coconut candy bars.

Ingredients:
4 1/4 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
12 oz dark chocolate
Optional sea salt flakes or shredded coconut for topping
Instructions:
Line an 8Γ8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Mix until all of the coconut is covered and the mixture is thick and creamy.
Spread the coconut mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut bars. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top.
Place the pan in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until the bars are set.
Once set, cut the bars into bite-size squares and serve.

Ingredients:
8 ounces beef tallow (the highest quality you can find)
2 ounces olive oil
40 drops of essential oils (optional)
Scoop the tallow into a small saucepan.
Add the olive oil and warm the oils until the tallow melts.
Remove from the heat and allow the oils to cool slightly.
Add the essential oils and mix well.
Pour the tallow balm into clean glass jars.
Allow the balm to cool before using. Once the tallow balm solidifies, store it at room temperature.
