To help physically and mentally
I was sat thinking one day about what I really wanted to do with my career, and the only thing that rang true through it all was that I wanted to help people.
I started searching for further education options whilst working full time, and I came across VTCT.
It was great to finally discover an education option that I could juggle with working full time, buying my first property and planning a wedding. My next discovery was massage therapy.
Before deciding on massage, I looked into the effects of massage therapy, and how it could help people. It sounded amazing, physical and mental benefits for clients. This ticked all of the boxes for me (you can see further details on the rest of my page). This is where my passion started to grow, and I was only reading at this point!
