If I am your coach, I will encourage you to look at your lifestyle and figure out how to eat differently in a way that works for YOU. I will encourage you to take a holistic approach to eating and bring balance to your life - which will help you to stop relying on food as an emotional crutch and escape hatch from your life. And most importantly, I will work with you as you learn that what is going on in your brain is where the real, lasting change happens.
