I specialize in homemade comfort foods and rustic, feel-good cuisine. Mom-Mom (my mother’s mom) taught me most of what I know and love about baking.

She was an incredibly patient and joyful person, and the times we spent cooking together were some of the best moments of my life. Because of that, I can’t help but view baking as something very personal and meaningful to me. My vision for Coventry Barn Baking Company is to honor and respect my family’s style of cooking - taste-good, feel-good, comfort food - and give people a granddaughter’s interpretation of Mom-Mom’s little edible miracles.
