These photos were taken six years apart, almost to the day. I have by no means cured the fibromyalgia. I still suffer extreme fatigue and I'm in pain all of the time, but I am so much better by using regular self-hypnosis, practising daily gratitude and relaxation exercises and generally keeping my vibration high and my head in the right place.

I have forgiven my body for letting me down and I now try to work with it instead of battling against it all the time. I do what I can when I can and I refuse to feel guilty for what I can't do.

I am so much more spiritual now and look at the bigger picture. I try to take lessons from everything that happens and see the positive purpose of every experience. Instead of dwelling on the negative, I ask myself how I can use it to help myself and others move forward. It can sometimes take time and I do still have self-pitying moments as we all do, but I know that getting stuck there leads to a downward spiral and I never want to go back to that dark place again!

Ive been out of commission for a few days had a little accident cut my finger so the last thing I want to do is type lol first thing the dr told me was to not injure my feet or hands guess Im determined not to listen to dr advice cause within a month Ive severely bruised my heel that I broke 2 yrs ago and nearly cut my fingertip off along with discontinuing gabapentin my nerves in my hands and feet are flared and feel like they r on fire by the end of the day. so today im going to be researching my own disease and hope I can get some advice on how to relieve some of these symptoms. Theres so many people out there with no Hope of a transplant simply because of the cost being so extremely high and unatainable for most unless your wealthy . Insurances dont cover many of these fees which is a shame for those with AI disease. We are born with this condition and have to pay for insurance monthly to receive only basic care and not what we need. After years of paying premiums, co pays, prescription costs, deductibles, over the counter treatments and supplements recommended by one of your 5 doctors not to mention all the gas for transportation, special diet foods and vitamins we are told NO transplant until funds are in place!!!! What????? On behalf of HUMANITY I would like to say to those who live with this Awful Debilitating Disease IM SO SORRY!!!!!! We really need to RISE UP and MAKE A CHANGE!! As I sit here writing this my mind is just blown at the silence we live in the loneliness the judgment of being called lazy and unmotivated or just plain liars.
