AISHA
Born in Bangkok, Thailand. Though her mothers buddhists teaching Aisha has been meditating longer than she can remember. Through this practice and not not understanding why, when she found Asana within Yoga at 18 and in particular Patanjali´s 8 limbs, resonated with her. Though over 10 years of practice on and off, Aisha climbed quickly up the corporate ladder in London, Hong Kong and then landed in Berlin - where she finally let go of the corporate life in order to fulfill her dream since that first yoga class and become a certified Yoga Teacher. One week after leaving her corporate role she went to RIshikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world, where she spent 3 months doing her 500hrs Advanced YTC at the learding yoga school in Rishikesh - The Association of Yoga and Meditation India.
Opening her own yoga studio and retreat centre in Thailand (she calls it a new concept Yoga Home), it quickly grew within a year as a go to studio foi yoga and proudly was chosen as the face for yoga in North Thailand, as the Thai Tourism Boards future campaigns for Amazing Thailand 'Trail Blazers'.
Through her athletic background, Aisha's Philosophy is to use intelligent movement to bridge our disconnected body/mind/spirit.Through this activation we are able to have meaningful and necessary conversations with our bodies and energies creating an internal and external shift necessary for personal growth and development.

One of my favourite learnings to teach my students is that, Doubt manifests itself as doubt and therefore only doubt of yourself and doubt from will occur, instead change doubt into belief. You will begin to see that belief in yourself and belief from others will begin.
I know its hard most of the time. But sometimes you got to keep hanging on and just Be-lieve.

My motto in life is look weak on the outside so those who want to takw advantage pf you, easily show it.
BUT the biggest and most important muscles are your brain and heart.
Strengthen that and when it needs to be used. Let or ROAR like a lion.

Above, Coyolxauhqui‘s luz pulls you from the pit of your grief. Realizing that you always use the same tactics, repeat the same behavior in each stage, breaks your paralysis. What you most desire is a way up, a way out. You know that you’ve fallen off a metaphorical bridge and onto the depths. You look up towards la luna casting light in the the darkness. It’s bouncing light filters through the water. You want to heal; you want to be transformed. You begin the slow ascent and as you rise feel as though you’re passing through the birth canal, the threshold nepantla. Only when you emerge from the dead with soul intact can you honor the visions you dreamed in the depths ä. In the Deep fecund cave of gestation lies not only the source of your woundedness and your passion, but also the promise of inner knowledge, healing, and spiritual rebirth (the hidden treasures), waiting for you to bear them to the surface.

My goal as a practitioner and instructor is to show the world my vulnerability, my imperfections, my struggles and show the world the harsh truths to being human. This is why we are humans, we are put on this planet.
Whilst i continue to work on being the best version of myself i can possibly be, which is never good enough in my eyes.
My goal for you is to ‘Be Your Soul’, using the 8 limbs of yoga, let your soul manifest into the physical.
Only then can we begin to see the magic.
Words... who knew they can affect your soul.
Be wise with your words.
Victimhood is a trap.
Step 1: ask yourself, are you perpetuating the victim cycle? Be honest.
Step 2: if not, start by talking about to 1 person.
Step 3: if yes, then you have a superpower. Use it to start to make the change you want to see in the world.
I remember this class like it was yesterday. ❤️
Happy people. Big smiles. Summer sunshine. Yoga love.
Don't forget about the door you closed, because it will want to open itself back up to you.
Whether it's the right time for you or not. That is yours to take. For you can close it again.
Latex and yoga - yes its a thing.
Friendship is a Promise: Friendship is a promise spoken only by the heart. It isnt given by any pledge, it isnt written on any paper, But Friendship is a promise that is renewed everytime two friends meet and smile and enjoy the good times that come from simply being together.
Its a promise to share both glad and sad times.
A promise to think of eachother fondly whether near or far apart, Friendship is a promise spoken only by the heart.
A promise that that you and i will always share.
That friendship can also be the one with yourself.

This year International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice coincide on the same day.
'Summer Solstice is also referred to as Midsummer, First Day of Summer, June solstice (in the Northern Hemisphere) and the longest day of the year. This phenomenon occurs twice a year, once in the Northern Hemisphere (between June 20-22, depending on the year and time zone) and once in the Southern Hemisphere (between Dec 20-23).
This year, the day is coinciding with International Yoga Day, which is being celebrated virtually due to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.'
On the occasion, Union petroleum and steel minister Dharmendra Pradhan said he hopes the rising sun would lead to disease-free earth.
There is something in it, it surrounds us, penetrates us, is invisible and omnipresent. Without it we don't know life. From the first scream, the opening of the lungs to the last breath, it flows through us. In a life-giving cycle, the constant rhythm of which enriches and depletes oxygen in the body, whether you are awake or asleep.
Many cultures know a creation myth in which the animation of man goes hand in hand with his ventilation and a divine breath is breathed in. The spirits and the imagination live in the air. Pegasus, the winged horse of poetry, soared into her. The winds had names and were once seen as independent beings that brought news and seasons and drove ships around the earth.
The air transports our words as vibrations, it makes sounds and music audible in the first place. It scatters the light and spreads a shimmering sky over us instead of the black universe. The air is the carrier of all smells, it is our medium for perceiving the world - and is itself permeated by everything.
The air has always fascinated us humans - to soar in it, to learn to fly, to conquer the airspace and to feel its freedom and boundlessness. In the Anthropocene we learned painfully that the limitlessness of the air also means that climatically catastrophic effects of our actions are poisoning the atmosphere of the entire planet. Air pollution is the scene of ecological and economic injustice: Industrial and consumption-driven emissions can be legitimized with certificates, but as a result hit the poorest of the poor particularly hard.
The repeated "I can't breathe" became a metaphor for the never-ending structural racism, not just in the US but around the world.
In all these areas of tension between the "nothing" of the calm and the roar of the storm, between inhaling and exhaling, divine and deadly, castles in the air and windmills, we are looking for your artistic exploration of the air!
