Hearts to you all!
Today was the official Leftover Transformation day. The turkey carcass became turkey broth. Some of the turkey broth became Tortilla Soup with a desiccated red pepper that was almost mummified, some green chilis from the last time I made chili, and leftover salsa. Some of the broth became turkey and noodles, using up the few scraps of turkey and the gravy. The garlic mashed potatoes became potato pancakes for breakfast.
Now I have all new leftovers!
If there's still a way to post a poll on Facebook, I can't find it. Wizards of the Coast has released a "Heroes' Feast" cookbook, which is too close to our title. What do you think about these possibilities?
