Helping you be yourself, more naturally Elan is a wellness company that offers services anywhere for anybody. We want to help you be yourself, more naturally.

We offer online nutrition and fitness training services such as personal training, group classes, team talks and corporate seminars. If you want in-person training, you must live in The DC/MD/VA metro area. In doing that we also offer meal planning and we will be introducing meal preparation in the near future.
