A lot of us who are on our spiritual journeys will run into different obstacles such as anxiety, depression, fear, uncertainty, frustration etc..
A lot of the time, we have the information we need within us, but we get drowned in our situations and distracted, and it helps when we have other people who innerstand. It’s almost like it activates something within us and helps us remember and get back on track.
