Starting tomorrow, 10/5, We are offically opening up my hula hooping classes to preteens and teens ages 9-17! The preteens/teens class will be on Mondays from 7-8pm. Adults, don't worry, you will still have your own classes on Wednesdays from 7-8pm! Check out our newly updated info on our website:

Lots of exciting hooping events coming up at the Movement Laboratory in the next few months! As always we have our all levels drop in classes every Monday and Wednesday.
This April, hooping idol finalist Sheri Alice O'Brian will be coming and teaching a weekend long workshop on Quad and Double hooping.
Also, this July, 2014 Female Hooper of the Year award winner Rachael Lust will be returning to teach another amazing workshop. Make sure to sign up for both of these exciting workshops in advance as space is limited!

LOTS of exciting things coming up soon for us here at Hoops, I Did It Again Hoops. First, as always, hoop class EVERY tuesday at 7pm at Retro Fitness Lumberton. Also, This sunday, I'm hosting another open Hoop Jam at Mill Dam Park in Mt. Holly, AND I'M VERY EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE VENDING/PERFORMING AT Hollystock Music and Arts Festival for the 3rd year in a row! This year it will be held on August 9th. And finally, I'd also like to take this time to announce that WE WILL ALSO BE VENDING/PERFOMING at The Great SOCIO's SOCIOFEST Block Party in Philly on Grape Street on Sept. 6th. Phew…. i've got ALOT of hoops to make!

What a perfect day for the Mt. Holly Independance Day Celebration where along with live music, magicians, fireworks, and fried food, me and my fellow hoop sisters will take the stage (and the field) by storm with mind blowing Hula Hoop moves. We will be performing as roaming talent while bands play from 2-8, then we will take the main stage and perform with our LED hoops! After our performance comes the 2014 Fireworks! I will also have a bunch of hoops (for kids and adults) available for purchase. Come out and support Mt. Holly, Local bands, and of course us… The Hoop Hustlers!
