The Cotton Gin is owned and operated by a Georgia native, transplanted to the State College area. Rachel Loss graduated from Penn College of Technology in Williamsport, PA in 2015 with an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts. After working in restaurants and country clubs in the State College area, Rachel took a break from the hospitality industry to begin work on launching The Cotton Gin Cakery.
