Tomorrow's DIY video! It's been a hot minute, but I had to swap the Front Main Seal on my engine after the original we put on had a small leak since we got the seal flipped the wrong direction. To my Knowledge there isn't another diy video on this part out there so I hope this helps you guys. 3.0T SAI deletes are back in stock!

This secondary air kit allows you to fully remove the combi valves, lines, hoses and pump on catless cars that block access to the rear timing covers and PCV and add clutter to the 3.0T engine bay (including the unsightly SAI filter by your intake). Also includes all hardware and block-off caps for the SAI solenoids at the back of the charger.

If you haven’t grabbed a set already now is your chance!

The 2nd Annual Big Body Audi Meet has been confirmed for Alpine Volks Fair 2024!

I'm super excited to be able to present this meet again. More information will come soon, but for those of you attending here are the details:

Date: Thursday, May 16th
Time: 4-6 pm
Place: Alpine Slot Cars 🤘🏼(Yay in town location!)

Cars allowed: Any Audi A6 car or larger, including Q5 and larger SUVs. If you aren't sure if you qualify, dm me.

Cars not allowed (sorry, but we have limited parking):
-a4/S4 wagons
-Porsche SUVs/cars

Judging for Mutts Nuts will begin at 5pm, so make sure you are there before hand.

*Engine rebuild update*

got the donor engine disassembled for inspection & sent me these pictures.

The Good: overall the engine looks good (had over 200k on it). Cyl 6 was the worst looking cylinder, but should be just fine after honing.

The Bad: Both intake cams need to be replaced. The Fuel Pump lobe on the passenger side/bank 1 is shot, and the drivers side/bank 2 has rust/pitting (engine sat without valve covers for a while). Will be getting replacements from ebay most likely.

The Next Step: all my parts for the head rebuild should show up next week and then the heads will be sent off for machining. Heads should be back by the end of the month and then assembly starts.

Came home to a surprise delivery from today. Wonder what's in the box?

You might think $100 is way too much to pay for a set of bolts, but when you are stressing about stripping out something that is attaching to your crankshaft it is well worth the Peace of mind. Huge shout out to JXB Performance for creating this kit. It took all the anxiety of possibly stripping out a triple square bolt away with his use of 10mm ARP hardware, and it's great to know they are that much stronger than oem. Also, a massive thank you to for sending these to us along with their 191mm crank pulley to run with the supercharger.
