Dr Vandana Arts

Dr Vandana Malhotra is a professional artist with Doctorate in applied arts from BHU, Varanasi websi She has been in Chandigarh since 1999.

She has more than twenty five years of experience in teaching, painting, animation as well as designing children books both at Varanasi and Chandigarh. In addition to painting, Dr Vandana has taught students about fine art, and helps students in the preparation for UGC JRF examination and entrance for BFA.
