Bring your favorite morning drink and join Contemplative Practices for Higher Education, an official student organization, for conversation from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, April 1, on the second floor of the Union on the couches. Talk through what you are struggling with — writing, managing expectations, allowing of self-care — and offer others your techniques or strategies that have helped you find balance.
