Tomorrow will be the final class in the 7 Chakras Series! Times flies when you’re having fun. 😊We will be incorporating the top two chakras- crown and third eye- in order to develop trust in our inner guidance. Dare I say we will be inverting?? See you at 6 pm.
Tomorrow night I will begin a 7 class Vinyasa series involving the Chakras! We will start at the Root of it all with the Muladhara Chakra 🔥and work our way up north each week. If you'd like to deepen your practice by learning more about how these energy centers affect us, come flow with me from 6-7pm !

Being upside-down and balancing on your hands can be one of the most exciting parts of a yoga practice. It can also be the most daunting. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements.
Acorn Yoga Instructor Kat Stameris is leading an Arm Balance & Inversion workshop on Sunday March 20, 2-4pm. In this 2 hour session, you'll learn the proper techniques and mechanics to lift your practice (literally) to new levels!
