Start a Gratitude Journal or keep a daily log of any experiences. Writing things down alleviates stress and reduce mental distress. Journaling is also a great way to record information to share with your doctor or therapist about your mental challenges.

The beginning of a week is the best time to learn something NEW. Let's learn about something new in your industry or learn about a new app this week.
Enjoy a scented candle or sip on some lavender or chamomile tea.
Time to plan some outdoor activity if the weather is inviting. Let's get some fresh air and enjoy nature a little.
You are coming to the end of the week! Let's do something to relax the mind and release the tensions of the day.
Let's make plans to get organized. When the space you work, live or socialize in is clean, it removes stress and frees you mentally. Fall is fast approaching!
Let's get some steps in! You don't need a gym membership. Start small if you are not generally active. Light yoga, stretching and chair exercises are great alternatives. Just move for at least 30 minutes.
It is important to have annual physical check ups. Your doctor can also do a mini-mental health status check in at that time. Time to take make that appointment or schedule a test.
Remember Prevention is Key! Early Detection has a better outcome!
Stimulating the brain through puzzles and games can promote better memory and problem solving skills. Seniors can also lower risk of dementia through such activities.

Take some time to reflect on your life and purpose. Spiritual health is just as important as physical and mental health.
Deep breathing exercises promote healthy lungs and are excellent tools for those who struggle with anxiety or feel overwhelmed. Take in a deep breath, hold for 3 secs and slowly release. Repeat 3 times.
