Let our toffee mix satisfy your sugar fix! ChrisMix Candy is produced in Concord, NH and is sweet and salty chocolate toffee. We have created 10 flavors in all.

Butterscotch Hazelnut with dark chocolate and Butterscotch Hazelnut with white chocolate are our "Classic" varieties and they are available in stores or on our online store all year round. There are 8 special edition flavors which become available per season of the year while supplies last; Spring Special editions, Summer, Autumn and Winter. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives used to make our candy. Our flavor profiles in each of the ChrisMix varieties are layered and sophisticated! The dominant flavors are derived from high quality organic extracts and emulsions and are sourced from a local company in New England. Each of our toffee varieties have an authentic flavor profile, you feel like you are biting into an actual blueberry or raspberry or drinking fresh coffee! There is an unfolding on your palate as one experiences the toffee. You become aware of different flavors at different times as this unique candy dissolves on your tongue. Every recipe contains a slight undercurrent of cayenne. This is a delightful surprise to every special edition flavor in all our toffee! Our goal was not to make the candy taste spicy and burn your mouth. Its delicate purpose aims to only enhance the flavor combinations within each bite and to encourage a longer aftertaste. Most people only get a hint or a slight kiss of the cayenne at the very end. This unique effect is very satisfying! If you are a lover of spicy foods, you may not even notice at all. Most are aware of a warming effect in the back of the mouth and throat. OUR SWEET BIRTH
Our owner, Chris is a professionally trained chef from Johnson and Wales University and has been in the restaurant industry for 30 years. Always possessing a passion for creating fun flavor combinations, he has prepared this toffee for Thanksgiving and the holiday season for more than a decade gifting it to friends and family. Recently, Chris retired from the hospitality industry. He felt the timing was right and sensed an opportunity. Chris spent 6 months researching and working to develop each flavor profile and piecing together all the business elements. After analyzing the testing results from the different versions and himself eating a lot of candy, ChrisMix was ready to launch at the beginning of June 2017. In the first 6 months our candy was distributed to several communities in New Hampshire! People are loving it's original combinations and slight kick. Our candies are great as gifts for just about any occasion! Delightfully perfect for parties or gatherings, crumbled on top of ice cream or simply guilty pleasure snacking! Proud member of MHNade.
