Moving through a shift may require you to move intentionally with conviction.

Creator knows many times we are already depleted and are struggling to navigate our spirit. SAME! Yet it doesn't mean we don't have the medicina, magic, support, and strength within to move through heal through, grow through, and re-emerge with answered prayers, opportunities, and blessings.

There is a shift coming

Many are feeling an uncomfortableness within. They feel wrestless, easily agitated, overwhelmed, and a pull into unease.

If this is you, you are not the only one.

I've been speaking to many comadres, facing these same feelings within themselves. A shift that they are asking to make, it's different for everyone, but the pull is strong.

If you can lean into this space, sit with the questions that are arising, why is it uncomfortable, what conversation needs to be had?

You are being called to turn a page in this chapter. For many, it is scary stepping into the unknown, a place we quiet don't feel safe enough to explore.

It's natural, but the pull to transition is strong.

Are you feeling a shift?

There is a shift coming.

Sometimes, the pieces of ourselves we feel are missing are just the experiences we haven't had yet.

We don't always give ourselves permission to step into these spaces. The reasons vary for each of us, but we all have had a feeling that there was something missing.

Most of the times we are searching outside of ourselves. Because if we had it, we wouldn't be feeling broken or that longing of something missing.

But we know the truth has always been we carry the missing piece and the healing that we need. That is not to say we don't deeply hurt and are affected by others. We are humans having a human experience.

But the answers, the healing, the gratitude, the forgiveness and love is there. It may be harder to reach as times, but it has never left us. Just can take a journey to once again reclaim it.

You're not broken
You're just made of moments

And sometimes we need a minute ❤️

If you are feeling a shift, it's not by accident
If you are feeling unsettled, ask yourself why
If you are being called, it's because it's time

The unknown is scary
But so is holding back your medicina & magic

The devil works hard to keep us small
But the ancestors got you!

In this case, the land🌿

As many of you know, my son is stationed in Montana at the moment as a Wild Land
Firefighter & Land protector. Yesterday, he sent me this picture simply titled Wild Sage!

He said he had missed it as they had been so busy, and it wasn't until they had to clear trees and brush close by that he saw it.

In the vast landscape of grass, vegetation, and dense brush, the land and the man connected. The word reciprocity came to me,

A mutual respect and ancestral connection was occurring. One protecting of the land, one gifting of the medicine. Reciprocity 🌿

I share this story as a reminder, as you journey into your own medicina and magic. That many times, as we become thirsty for knowledge, teachings, community, and connections, we ask lots of questions and want our cup of understanding to be filled.

Which is a wonderful and beautiful place to be and explore. But be conscious that you are also giving and not just taking. Asking for guidance, protection, and insight from teachers and ancestors alike is an energetic exchange.

Many times, the wounds we have in this lifetime are a manifestation of the unhealed wounds of our ancestors. Healing those places within us helps to break the generational trauma that our lineage has been burdened to carry.

As we continue to bare witness to injustices all around the world, it is difficult not to feel it deep with our spirit. These deep cuts connect us as many of our ancestors, too, have suffered in ways we may never fully understand.

Those wounds & traumas have left scars on our spirit and we sometimes unknowingly aid in the continued suffering from the past. But by deeeping your understanding & identifying the unique family wounds that have been hidden away you can journey into understanding and healing

What doorways are you scared to walk through?

Doorways are often used to represent transitions, leaving one part of your life behind, & moving on to another; allowing yourself the opportunity to shed an old version of yourself as you step into the possibilities of creating yourself in your image.

In life you will take steps across many thresholds and spiritual doorways, into spaces that you don't necessarily know what awaits you. Sometimes you may even stop yourself from stepping into different spaces because it's scary to venture into the unknown.Mitote, shadow & ego tend to meet me on the threshold to test me and stir up my emotions.

Will these spiritual doorways appear with instructions at the most opportune times... probably not

Yet there they are.. inviting us into the places and spaces we have prayed for, manifested, & called into existence.

Sometimes the most powerful & spiritual transitions can simply be taking a deep breath & walking through that doorway into those dark spaces with only spirit & the love of your ancestors... and honestly it's enough.
