Meet Liza - our NEW Summer Intern!
Liza just finished up her first year at UW Madison where she is studying Mechanical Engineering. She excited to get some hands-on experience and learn some new skills in the construction industry along side the Master Mechanical Team.
When not in the office, Liza likes to relax in the sun or go paddle boarding on the lake. She also coaches soccer and plays for the Lakeville Soccer Club.
We are overjoyed to have Liza working with us this summer!

We had the honor of combining the talents of our MMI Team to design a New Look 👀 for the Lakeville South High School Track & Field Team Shed.
Our team is passionate about supporting the talents of our employees and our surrounding community. GO COUGARS!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mothers out there! Today we celebrate the incredible women who have nurtured and cared for us throughout our lives. At Master Mechanical, we honor the hardworking moms who balance work, family and everything in between. We hope that today, and every day, you feel appreciated and cherished.

Master Mechanical would like to recognize Tyler for his continuous contributions and fine craftsmanship.
Tyler joined our team in March of this year. He was inducted into the trades right after high school. Tyler has a positive attitude and takes pride in his work. He is a natural self-starter; and has been able to transition to meet needs of the workflow. He is a great asset to our Master Mechanical team!
Outside of work, Tyler likes to spend his time hunting waterfowl and fishing.

In honor of Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day, one of our very own was given the opportunity to read “My Mom Is A Plumbing Superhero” by Judaline Cassidy to a class of preschoolers.

“The kids asked so many great questions. It was empowering to be able to share this book with them. Each child was given a copy to bring home and color. I appreciate Master Mechanical for allowing me to be part of this amazing opportunity.”

Master Mechanical has had the privilege of having Doug Husak on our team since 2007. Doug started in May as an apprentice. For the past 16 years, Doug has consistently performed. After completing his apprenticeship, he worked as a journeyman but not for long before he was promoted to foreman. Doug is a born leader. At the beginning of 2023, Master Mechanical was pleased to announce Doug had accepted our shop general foreman position. Currently, Doug oversees all our shop operations and its employees.
His skilled work and dedication are much appreciated.
