An online community for parents and teachers of academically gifted children.
We are developing a place where people with an interest in supporting academically gifted students can come together to share experiences, ask questions and learn from each other. The idea for Right Side of the Curve was conceived, developed and built by and for parents of academically gifted children. No one understands the joys and challenges of dealing with a child whose intelligence puts them
to the right side of a bell curve better than someone who's done it. Perfectionism, social and emotional challenges, extreme sensitivities, asynchronous development, executive skills, a need to understand the hows and whys of things - if you've confronted any of these characteristics or any other traits common to the gifted child, Right Side of the Curve is the place for you. Join us when the site goes live at the end of March 2012 for community forums, articles by experts in the field, book reviews and a list of events from across the nation. If you'd like to be notified when we go live, go ahead and sign up for a free membership to be added to our mailing list and receive updates on our status.
