A HUGE thankyou to the member who last night left a note with keys they found outside. Long story short, I had a very distressed owner of the keys in on Monday asking if we had seen them. Thanks to your honesty and thoughtfulness this man ( who had a handicap ) has saved a lot of money, time and stress. He was truly grateful when he picked them up this arvo....thankyou again :)

New timetable started today Snappers. We now have our amazing YOGA instructor Renee taking an extra class on a Thursday morning @ 6am YIPPEE! Now remember boys, don't be scared to try it, strong core = more strength to lift those heavier weights

Welcome to another awesome week of training at Snap Fitness Chermside. Don't forget we have our FREE YOGA classes on Thursday 6am & Sunday 5:30pm. Also our personal trainer Scott Conley is now taking registrations for his ladies only small group training classes. So if you need some motivation it's a great opportunity to meet other like minded ladies and burn the calories together :)
