A huge thank you to Grady Mullins at Dayton Building & Construction Trades and Tom Ritchie at Dayton Miami Valley AFL-CIO and all the brothers and sisters in labor who educated and supported Commissioner Chris Shaw and Mayor Jeffrey J. Mims, Jr. and myself as we put it together and got it passed. I also want to especially mention my good friend, the late Jonathon White from LIUNA Local 1410 who along with Ted Baker and his other colleagues worked extremely hard to get this effort off of the ground.
