Little patties of paneer are cooked in sweet boiling water, then paired with a delicious and creamy milk, cooked with cardamom and saffron. It is so delicious that I wouldn't mind skipping dinner and going straight for dessert... And you know I love my meals!

It is so versatile, you can pretty much add any type of vegetable you like, and it is also very gentle on the stomach, which makes it a great comfort food for days you feel like take care of yourself ๐Ÿ™. This vegetarian version calls for a rich and fragrant miso broth, spiced up with cinnamon, ginger and cloves, some shiitake mushrooms for the texture and thick flat rice noodles.
