My eldest daughter is animal crazy! Not only does she want a guineapig, hamster, kitten, puppy and pony...after this weekend she now wants a camel too 🤦‍♀️. Help!

Proud moment today! I completed my first long run of the year and it felt great...whoop 🙌. If it wasn’t for dry January I’d be cracking open a bottle of red tonight to celebrate 🤦‍♀️
I bumped into a friend on my travels this morning who is training for a triathalon and it got me thinking, should I have a go? 🤔
Now, running and cycling is not a problem, the ocean is! I hate putting my head under the water, I feel claustrophobic and out of my depth and I hate fish even more 😳🐠

These moments I live for!

As we reach the middle of January, today I am taking the opportunity to reflect on my New Years resolutions.

I decided to keep it simple...
1) spend more time living in the moment with my family and the people that I love
2) push myself and do more things that take me out of my comfort zone
3) be kind to the environment and the people around me
4) smile more and worry less

I have to say I’m not doing too bad! ✔️

Today, I’ve spent a fabulous morning on the beach with my son, savouring every moment. Dubai definitely makes me smile more!

I’m trying out a plant based diet which makes me feel way more energetic. If anyone has any tips on this please share, I’d love to learn some new recipes.

And I’m pushing my boundaries by starting a new venture
