Saffron is in season. Make our luxurious Saffron Vanilla Latte in your own kitchen for some in-home elegance. Vanilla Saffron Syrup Recipe: Grind 3.5 g saffron to create powder. Combine saffron powder with 1.25 g vanilla paste, 200 g sugar cane, and 200 g hot water. Mix and steep for at least 10 minutes. (Syrup will last for about two weeks if refrigerated.)
