趁周日寫一篇體驗沙漠之旅，是一個沙漠渡過晚上的體驗，我們一行人來到摩洛哥南部的小鎮，然後乘駱駝進入營地，文明的氣息逐漸消失，取而代之是跟 windows xp 一樣的橙黃沙漠和湛藍天空，順道也看了日落，晚上天色漸沉，參加了感覺業餘的營火大會，晚上也在荒野之中觀星，第二天一大早就回程也看了日出。

當日我是到了merzouga的沙漠營區，是撒哈拉沙漠較外圍的地區，體驗而言是可以的，可說頗為商業化，什至連沙漠的帳幕也有自來水供應（但是不足以洗澡啦），而且到訪正值十二月，晚上沙漠比倫敦更寒冷，保暖設備也有限，今次總叫在沙漠留下足跡，希望日後再到撤哈拉可以有更深入更原始的體驗。

Taking advantage of Sunday, I wrote about an experience of a night spent in the desert. Our group arrived at a small town in southern Morocco and then rode camels into the campsite. As civilization faded, it was replaced by an orange-yellow desert and azure sky reminiscent of a Windows XP wallpaper. We watched the sunset along the way. As night fell, we joined a somewhat amateur bonfire gathering and stargazed in the wilderness. The next morning, we headed back and caught the sunrise.

That day, I was at the desert camp in Merzouga, on the outskirts of the Sahara Desert. The experience was acceptable but quite commercialized. Even the desert tents had running water (though not enough for a shower). Visiting in December, the desert nights were colder than London, with limited warming equipment. This trip marked my footsteps in the desert, and I hope to return to the Sahara for a deeper, more authentic experience in the future.
