The Lawn Squad is a property maintenance company servicing the City of Kawartha Lakes and Minden Hills. Owner and operator, Lydia Doble, has years of experience in the property maintenance business. We offer many services including but not limited to: basic lawn care, gardening, spring/fall clean ups, dump runs, trimming/pruning trees and hedges, power washing, eaves cleaning, window cleaning, w**d control and more! Looking to hire one full time staff beginning end of June. If you know of any high school student looking for work please reach out. Monday - Friday 8 am start time. Some weekends possibly if it rains during the week. Must be able to get to Norland every day. Attention to detail is a must.
ISO - one more full time lawn care staff. If anyone knows someone looking for work - it’s a fun work environment, Monday - Friday job (unless we have a rain day but it’s rare) I’ve had so many new lawn customers call this year I can’t take on any more unless I find some more help! It’s seasonal work but the season runs from April - usually November - and for the right person I could find winter work too!

Happy International Women’s Day to all the women that run The Lawn Squad. We are a women run company Lydia is the owner, Natasha runs the crews, Logan is part of our lawn cutting crew, Hannah has done odd jobs and windowing cleaning.

After 9 years of working though rain, heat waves, mosquitoes, poison ivy, endless tarp dragging during clean ups, many different odd jobs, expanding our business and developing great customer service Harrison has worked his last full summer with us. He is heading of the Trent university for nursing for the next 2 and 1/2 year. Thank you for all hard work and great memories that we share with you. You may still see him here and there working with us this fall.

It’s that time of year again! Looking for 2 more full time staff for our busy lawn care company. Monday - Friday work 8 - 4(end time varies)
Full time position starting April 2021. Pay based on experience and raises based on how quickly you learn the position. Must work well with others, attention to detail, and a good work ethic.
