This outreach is particularly special because we will be hosting a Wellness Truck Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! This is the official launch for the Wellness Truck to be running every week!

Today we had the honor of partnering with & to serve Everett Middle School in San Francisco.

Over 130 students gathered as Ryan Thompson & Logan Allen, pitchers for the taught a Social Emotional Learning Lesson on Forgiveness.

After they fielded questions from the students in English and Spanish! Some students received 16 PS5 and Xbox sports games, $200 of gift cards, and all students received a free hot lunch served by the guys out of the food truck.

What an amazing day to bless the children of the city!

We want to take a moment and thank the incredibly talented Master of Arts in Professional Communications students who spent this past semester working on a professional communications plan for Mobilize Love’s Wellness Truck (launching early 2024).

Over the span of the semester they compiled a Street Team marketing plan, Media & Public Relations plan, and a Social Media communications plan to spread the word about California’s FIRST fully mobile early dyslexia screening truck with additional health screening and education services!

Last night, they presented their plan and it was brilliant! Thank you for this gift!

Today marks a very significant day for us at Mobilize Love. Our first ever (in our history) kids summer camp!

These children were hand-selected and invited to join hundreds of other kids for five days and four nights out of the city. They were chosen for their great attitudes and participation during the Mobilize Love Kids Spring Semester from across all sites.

Please wish them a good time! Here’s to life-long memories!

Beginning our 6th year as an organization, we knew it was time to hire an Operations Manager! This is a big step forward for us to sustain the growth and effectiveness of our programs.

Drew left the hedge fund world to seek a more fulfilling occupation. After serving alongside our kids program for 6+ months, he fell in love with our mission and the communities fell in love with him! It’s all love! ❤️

Motivation Monday!

We are having an incredibly busy and productive Spring here at Mobilize Love. Mobilize Love KIDS is in full-swing and so much good is happening.

One small minor thing to celebrate is our new warehouse frontage. Initially occupied by just a bunch of bushes, our team has created an outdoor space to work and enjoy time together.

It’s the small things at Mobilize Love that really make us happy! Outdoor seating, coffee, and strong wifi.

LOVE THE CITY - Christmas 2022! Just two days away - LOVE SHOWS UP!

Blessing kids and families with: groceries, hot-meals, toys, clothes, haircuts, household goods, and so much more.

Volunteer spots are all full - but if you’re a family who needs some extra help this Christmas, join us! 11am! First come, first serve till supplies run out.

On Tuesday, the hosted their “Hope for the Holidays” event.

They invited a handful of their nonprofit partners to bring over 175 families, 700+ kids and parents to a drive through resource fair & holiday party where Niners players and staff loaded up their vehicles with FRESH groceries and NEW glasses, blankets, shoes and most importantly TOYS!

It. Was. Amazing. ❤️💛❤️💛

Mobilize Love was excited to bring 20 families, 96 kids and parents to experience this event all the way from SAN FRANCISCO. What was especially cool was the humility of the players and their ability to love and bless these kids and families.

They took pictures, they shook hands…their interactions ensured that the event was not transactional but relational!

‼️ GOOD NEWS FRIDAY‼️

Today, our BRAND NEW Commercial Kitchen was approved for use!

One of the three core needs Mobilize Love is addressing in low-income neighborhoods across the Bay Area is: FOOD RELIEF. On top of the running the Bay Area’s first non-profit food truck, we knew at some point, if we wanted to serve THOUSANDS of meals regularly, we would need a new commercial kitchen!

May 15, 2021 - we started drawing the plans and raising the funds. You can see the empty warehouse before anything was in it!

April 20, 2022 - we broke ground to build a brand new commercial kitchen.

November 9, 2022 - we were getting close to finishing and realized we didn’t budget for any small equipment. THEN a miraculous donation of brand new small equipment was given!

Today, 12/2/22, on our chef’s birthday, WE GOT THE FINAL APPROVAL!

A huge shout out to our donors who so generously gave to make this happen! (Who builds a brand new kitchen at a time when all costs were increased 30%?!)

We can now SHOW UP and GIVE HOPE by providing even more food relief to thousands of families across the Bay!

It’s all coming together. We see the need of families projected to increase in many poverty pockets across the Bay next year! We will now be ready to scale and deploy food relief faster and better than ever!

But before we get even busier, let’s take a moment to celebrate this WIN! Let’s gooooooo!

Happy Thanksgiving from Bernal Dwelling. A brand new community that we have been invited into to serve! For the past 10 weeks we’ve been running the ML KIDS - mobile after-school program at this site where over 100 families reside.

They’ve welcomed us with open arms and we’ve in turn embraced them with as much love as we could give! Thanks to Taylor, Lattrice, and Tamika for your partnership and friendship.

On the last day of our Fall Semester we threw a Thanksgiving Block Party and served:

• 170 hot-meals
• 450 new clothes/household goods
• 75 turkeys & grocery bags
• 100 hygiene kits
• 15 raffle prizes
• 7 haircuts

Special shout out to Myesha and team from the SF Federal Reserve for assembling and distributing 100 BEAUTIFUL hygiene kits!

Lastly, all pictures were taken by Levi Huang, 8 years old! 📸 great work little Levi!

One of the students in our mobile after-school programs is on pace to break the reading log record!
