I have no words for the essence of show Friday night. Turns out, serotonin overdose and post concert depression is a real thing. Safe to say, I’m still recovering.
Can’t quite put into words how blessed, and honored, and fulfilled I feel to have spent an incredible night with my most favorite musicians of 15+ years. Everyone always judged me for being head over heels for the music back in the day; THEY’RE BACK & THEY WILL OUTLIVE THEM ALL!
Through the years, both as a group and as individuals, they’ve all inspired me to dive into music and art over the years and the music they produce has been my lifeline a million and one times over in my darkest times, but also celebratory in many of my life’s milestones.
“Move Along” has always been my life motto; especially since my grandma always told me “move along, life goes on” (which was my very first tattoo shortly after I turned 18).
It was beyond a dream come true to see “I for you” and “there’s a place” acoustic for the very first time in person.
The passion, art, nostalgia, and dynamics that this group of goofy mankids put into
their music as well as live performance is something truly special.
They are sincere in their approach of showing their appreciation and admiration towards their fans and always know how to have the time of their lives.
So , this is your sign to get the VIP tickets and dress up for the fun of it. Don’t be afraid to stand out and stop caring so much about what people think. Doin what you love will get your further than you could’ve ever dreamed of.
