Today I started my September shred, this is something I do monthly for 10 days to help detox and reset my health. I tried something new tonight for dinner and it was delicious so if you’d like to try it here’s the recipe 🤗

Skinless boneless chicken breast chopped
Homemade marinate
1/2 cup coconut amino acids
1/4 cup water
Tbsp honey
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Chili flakes

Zucchini noodles
Butter squash noodles
Avocado oil
Celtic salt
Minced garlic
Chili flakes
Black cracked pepper

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken in fridge for 30 minutes
2. Cook chicken on medium heat
3. Cook zucchini and butter squash on medium with avocado oil
4. Put together in a bowl and add cilantro and spring onion to top

Yesterday I was told some news about my health that shattered my world. My entire life I have been a picture of health, I have been intentional about what I fuel my body, making sure I am active everyday and somehow now that has been compromised. Our life is not guaranteed, we cannot be ignorant to think we will live a long healthy life and not take the precautions for that. There is always a gift in the negative situations and I believe mine is Juice Plus. I have a gift to share with preset that can help prevent illness, the power fruits and vegetables have in your body is the amor we all need in order to be well.

Each day we wake up with a new opportunity to live a life to our fullest. The decisions you make today with your health can either make or break your future health. Friday and Saturday I had the opportunity to sit in a conference with Dr. Jan Reberto who came and educated on the importance of Whole Foods and the power of fruits and vegetables in the diet. She has been a practicing physician in Ohio for 25 years and has been prescribing Juice Plus to her patient which is Whole Foods in a capsule! Rather than so much prescription drugs. She believes and supports JP and has been eating JP for many years. I was able to video some of her talk 😊highly recommend listening to what she has to say

I wish I could rewind time and relive October! Being in Jamaica and Tampa in the same month has me craving a life around only warm weather!

I had a good turn out on my poll about whether or not to post my daily workouts, so I will try my best to be as consistent as I can with that. Follow along on my stories if you want to try my workouts.

If you chose to following along with my workouts you’ll notice that I LOVE to run! I have been a runner my entire life so far and I run almost everyday. Therefore it’s important that you scale the workout to fit your capabilities and then work to improve from there. Choose a pace that is challenging but doable for you and go from there.

If you’re going to follow the circuits I do please be careful and know that proper form above everything is the most important thing, don’t rush through the exercises with average form, you will hurt yourself.

Rest and recovery is very important! I am a huge believer in listening to your body! I like to challenge and push myself especially when something gets too comfortable. I like to get out of my comfort zone when I workout but I do know when my body is not up for it. I don’t ever plan my workout before I get to the gym because I never know how I will feel. Instead I make my workout as I go. I always begin my workouts with a run because I love it! And it gets me warm.

You’ll notice I do not take days off, instead I do lighter days. Find what is light to you.

Always stretch and roll out at the end of the workout 😊

I have always been an introvert, I struggled with human interaction unless I knew you well. I had a lot of fear over what job I wanted after graduation. I knew I wanted to help people with their health and nutrition but I didn’t know how to do that being the timid person I was.
•I graduated completely lost and unsure of where my career was headed, I was not advised on what my options were leaving school, I struggled with seeing a vision and tried so hard to get the answers I needed in order to paint the pathway but I couldn’t and that terrified me.
•I worked as a personal trainer and Orange Theory coach but it didn’t light excitement, I wasn’t in love with my job and still did not know what my purpose was.
•But those steps and phases in my life were meant to be there, because it all lead to where I am at a year and a half later. There amazing people has given me life, they have given me purpose, support, excitement and most of all passion! Together we are impacting so many lives and helping so many people feel how great their bodies are designed to feel. Everyday I am surprised by the woman I am becoming, I have learnt to embrace my biggest downfall of being shy. I more alive and confident than I have ever felt. Having passion is one of the greatest gifts.
•If you’re living a life waiting for Friday then you’re not living, you’re bored, you’re stuck. “Don’t settle for anything that doesn’t set your soul on fire” this quote resonated with me the first time I heard it because we only get to live this life once! We don’t have time to waste waiting for the next best thing. You HAVE to enjoy the journey just as much as the destination.
•I love the people I get to work with, I thank you all for the love and support you give me ❤️.

Shred day 2 workout
- 30 mins tempo run increasing pace (mine was 8.0-11.0 mph, choose a pace that you can run at and increase over the 30 mins) see how far you get in 30 mins

- 60 seconds rowing
- 60 Plano shoulder taps
- 60 seconds rowing
- 100 mountain climbers
Repeat for a total of 6 rounds

I finished with:
- 1500 meter row
- 180 Plano shoulder taps
- 300 mountain climber

Very minimal rest, keep heart rate elevated the best you can

Scale down or regress this workout to fit your fitness capacity
