I watched Top Gun Maverick last night (again) and I just couldn’t help myself today. I just had to jump in my aircraft and take it for a burn 🤙🏽

I spend hours after hours pondering at this time of the year. My mantra to ensure that I don’t get in the way of the pondering is:
“There’s no where to be.
There’s nothing to do.
There’s nothing to accomplish and
There’s nothing to figure out”.
This ensures that I’m not influencing what is to drop in for me. The less I influence the moment the more powerful the insights, the ideas and inspirations. #2024

If you’re going to be disciplined, be disciplined with your process. Make your process into a lifestyle, and not a way to get the results. For example if you want to get healthy and lose weight, don’t exercise only to get the results. Make your exercise into a way of life, make it as part of your lifestyle. Do it because it’s what you do, not because it’s going to get you the results. That way the results will take care of themselves and you wouldn’t stop exercising when you do get the results. Because what happens when you stop exercising when you get the results? You lose the results and there for you yo-yo.

I’m looking forward to coming out from behind my desk and back on the stage from July 1st. I’ve loved being able to support and coach a global audience from behind my computer, especially during the pandemic, however nothing can beat being there live in person and connecting with my audience. The impact I can make over a one day immersive experience would be equivalent to at least 6 months of online coaching.

It’s far more cost effective and profitable for me to continue to coach online rather than travel around the world speaking for potentially fewer people but it’s not about that for me. It’s about what’s going to allow me to truly give the most transformative experience to the client, and without a doubt that will always be live in person. Yes I would have to leave the Bondi bubble, yes I would have to leave my family behind for lengthy times (that’s the most difficult) and yes there is so much more risk involved (it may not work out financially). But to me it’s worth it, it’s worth the risk just for the opportunity to pour my heart into an audience that can walk away truly empowered!
