Little photo dump of some recent work!
Hi Everyone, i want to make this post to address a topic. I get alot of messages wanting to know when the mount will be finished, or asking for updates, or even clients reaching out upset or angry that i am taking longer then i told them. So i want to take a minute to clarify a few things. When i take an order, there is a date on your invoice when your balance is “due”. This is your estimated completion date. The terms listed on the invoice also clearly state that the completion date is an estimated window. I cannot give a date that your mount will be completed a year + in advance. Its not possible. I work off of a list of order doing them in the order they came in. You are one of multiple hundred other clients who have an order placed with me. I work very hard to manage my in process work to stay as close to estimated completion times as possible, but a window of time around the estimated completion date is a very real reality. I can promise you i am not intentionally taking longer to finish your fish. If i am running “behind” on your fish, it is the same on everyone elses too. It is not personal. I want to get your fish done and back to you just as bad as you. Sending rude messages, refusing to pay balances because it took “longer than expected” will not be tolerated, it is stated on my invoices that i reserve the right to cancell and order and refund a deposit at any point and i will do so. There are terms on your invoice, if you have not read them, i would encourage you to do so. If you are genuinely curious about when your fish will be done, look at your invoice and the balance due date will give you a rough idea. If you haven’t heard from me and are genuinely curious, give me a call and i will be more than happy to let you know exactly where i am at. This is what i do for a living, it is my business, i try to be very professional in every aspect. Again i can assure you that if you have an order placed with me, it will be completed, it will be to the highest quality i am capable of, and i am working very hard to maintain turnaround time as close to the estimated as possible.
I appreciate the 98% of my clients that are awesome to work with.
Thank you!

This Tog came out awesome (not gloss coated yet) custom molded fish with a unique tail. I have a bunch more giant togs coming up in the near future!
‼️⚠️ i am looking for a 25” long x 19.5”-20.5” girth 10-11lb Largemouth bass to mold! If you have one, or are an avid bass guy that may catch one. Please shoot me a message. Must be a clean fish and have photos of measurements/weight. Thanks!
Its wild how much the appearance and coloration of a brown trout can vary! Here is another big male brown ready for gloss.
Big brownie ready for gloss coats.
Big hungry Bass in hot pursuit!
The closed mouth option is a really cool super natural looking pose, i think!
Coho Salmon replica.
My little dude is a nut about fishing. (no idea why 😂) he was so stoked about this particular catch so i decided to commemorate it for him. 🥰.
I love making fish replicas, it is a passion of mine and a gift i believe i have been given by God to provide for my family, provide freedom for me to love and serve my family the way i feel called, and bless people as well by re creating memories for them. There are a few aspects of this “industry” that have baffled me since i began to do this professionally a handful of years ago. Pricing mounts by the inch, it makes less then zero sense, and it is something people have done just because the other guy does it. not charging what quality work is worth based on the time, effort and materials, because of trying to be “competitive” with others in an oversaturated “industry” thus leading to a massive crippling year plus backlog of work and hundreds of clients in process at the same time.
Having over a year backlog of work to do, and the weight that carries for me, is just not what i feel God has put before me.
I am going to be working hard over the next 12 months to eliminate my backlog, and moving forward will be charging accordingly to put me in a position to work a reasonable amount of time, make an honest living, and get my finished pieces back to my clients in a very reasonable amount of time.
Thank you to everyone who has played a role in making this dream a reality for me, and i look forward to what the future holds! Many more fish mounts, faster turn around time, and a more desirable life style is what i forsee.
I will accept very limited commissions over the next year, if it is something that fits into my business model.
God Bless,
-Andy
or ? 😁
