Dear friends, family, and fans of Phil Western, my name is Seth and I was a friend of Phil's whom he made an admin for his page many moons ago. As many of you know this last Saturday was Phil's birthday (it would have been his 52nd) and many shared remembrances and tributes.
It is during this time of his birth I want to announce that myself and a number of Phil's friends and collaborators have been working on a very special tribute project for some time now, and it is finally nearing completion.
