In a week full of final PT sessions before I move onto a new role. It’s a week of very mixed emotions but looking forward to new adventures.

So I thought I’d share a little bit of what’s going on with me.
I’m 2.5 weeks post knee op. Saw the physio Friday who commented that I’d had a lot done to my knee & recovery will be slow. Tough to hear when you love to be moving & walking to the end of the road is painful.
Taking each day as it comes, doing all the exercises prescribed & slowly building up time on the exercise bike.
Interesting fact I learnt was that 10 minutes icing the injury gives a huge 40 minutes of benefit when it comes to helping repair the injury.
After a slightly longer than planned absence Boxercise is back.

I am however moving better & the pain is less.
Physio tomorrow so hopefully I’ll know more then about getting back to seeing all you lovely people.
