Attention to all regarding summer softball and ACME Softball!
There have been questions going around regarding ACME and Summer Softball.
We will have an ACME Softball Team this summer along with a 16U team at DSA! We have not had a 16U team in their league for a few years, but would really like to get back to having a team there to avoid having an OVER POPULATED dugout.
So please sign up to play this summer so we can have an ACME Team and a 16u Team (Jr. ACME)
This will allow the kids to get plenty of playing time by having 2 teams!

We will be scrimmaging FV this Friday @ 515-7 pm in Fairview. Field located @ Moats Park on the south side of Sherwood! Go Pilots!!!
Working on scheduling a scrimmage with FV @ FV. Friday 515-7. I need to know who's able to make it. Please comment below. This is not for 100% certain yet. Depends on # of players that can go.

L-Glutamine. This is what I told you all today. One scoop in a bottle of Gatorade. Helps with muscle soreness the day after a workout. Drink it 30 minutes after a practice or workout.

Tuesday's & Fridays 6-730, pitchers & catchers until 815
Sundays we will be at the school 530-7. Pitchers & catchers until 745
