About a dozen people have inquired lately about taking a Teacher Training with me.

As many of you know I have a number of other commitments in my life right now, but I do most enjoy offering teacher trainings more than anything else I do. In a teacher training we really get to pierce the deepest layers of Yoga, life, and movement.

If people are really that interested in taking a training with me, let me know, because I am on the fence, it is an extreme commitment for me to make a training happen, and the interest has to be there from the community.

I only teach this class once a year, so if you want to practice a fun flowing partner Yoga class, next weekend is your chance! Grab a friend or loved one and come on down for the event of the winter season. Class is accessible for most ability levels. Partner Yoga is a great way to get a friend into Yoga, laugh your butt off and have tons of fun on a Sunday. This class is a perennial favorite, don't miss out!
