The Pirate Song
tune from The Pirates of the Caribbean, at Disneyland
Chorus:
Yo Ho, Yo Ho
A Pirates life for me
We sail our ship upon the sea
To see what we can see
We got no maps, we got no charts
Besides we cannot read
(chorus)
And when we come upon your town
We'll break your door right down
We'll r**e your women and kick your dogs
And the other way around
(chorus)
We'll drink your ale, we'll drink your wine
Or anything around
And when we've had enough of that
You'll find us on the ground
(chorus)
The Scurvy, Pox, the Syphilis
Of these we do not fear
For when you lead a Pirate's life
The end is always near
(alt: You take it in the rear)
(chorus)
And when we happen upon a farm
The sheep they are so dear
And if you need a better grip
You grab them by the ears
(chorus)
And then one day I left the ship
To find myself a wife
All she did was nag and bitch
I said, "Give me the Pirate life!"
(chorus)
Arrrrrrg

We will be looking for YOU!
The always humorous Constables of the Shire, citizen-police of Shakespeare's era, roam the streets of the Central Coast Renaissance Festival looking for misbehavior amongst the faire goers. Watch for them as they may accuse you of outrageous charges, then place you in the stocks…all in good fun and a great photo opportunity of course.
They love to sling malapropisms and poke fun at the amateur police forces of Shakespeare's time, where respectable citizens, often unqualified for the task, were required to maintain public order for a few nights each year. This tradition of endearing ineptitude is one to behold and enjoy at this year's festival.
So join us on July 20 and 21 at Laguna Lake Park! Use coupon codeSave$4 and save on each ticket at CCRenFaire.com.
Going to be fun!
