This has been quite the journey, and most of it has been internal so far. Yes, I've been busy working through different menu options. I have also been busy working on my mental health....

Today’s garden harvest. 😍 Now it’s cooking time! I’ll be doing the final recipe tests for the shredded beef tacos, veggie tacos, hash, salad toppers (fried herbed goat cheese vs. fried green tomatoes), pickled veggies and sauces over the next few days.
First harvest from the tomatillo patch 😍 I did a tiny taste batch of the salsa a few weeks ago and it was delicious! So excited for the shredded beef test next week.
