As a chiropractor, I've noticed a common issue among many patients: a lack of knowledge about using their bodies effectively in daily life. Without instruction manuals for our bodies, we rely on cues from others, often only noticing imbalances when pain strikes. Some seek help, while others endure discomfort, thinking it's just part of aging.
