It feels so strange not having a show this Mother’s Day normally jean gleny and myself would have made about 10 phone calls a day to check what has been done how many entries and getting the prizes and ribbons ready. It’s going to be my first Mother’s Day at home apart from COVID lock down that I can remember. We will be back next year with a show. Miss you Mumma bear everyday

It is with great sadness that I post the Jean Tarrant has lost her fight to Cancer and died today . She was a life member to both Nine lives cat club and Catz inc she has been a bod Member , secretary , judges liaison, chairperson (Jean hated it being called chairman ) and most importantly the one the bellowed at the top of her voice to hurry up and get your cats up to the bench and stop running, with this I named her mumma bear because when you really knew her she was so kind and loving with an amazing sense of humour, but god she could bark orders and tell you off, her bark was worse than your bite . She never breed cats she only showed cats , her first cat a siamese. Her Daughter Andra will be keeping me up to date with her send off it’s going to be in a few weeks and if you are coming Jean has asked me please try not to wear black she wants people to wear colour. R.I.P Mumma bear
