MY FM Journey

My name is Lorraine and i am 51 years young, I have a 33 year old son who has Down Syndrome and still stays at home with me.

I joined FM World UK 4 months ago and i can tell you it’s the best decision i have made for a long long time, about a month after i joined i lost my job as a Social Care Worker due to ill health, I suffer from depression & anxiety so i was so glad that i could still work but from home. This also meant that i could spend more precious time with my son.

I am by no means perfect but i try my very best to be the best mum, partner & friend i can possibly be. I am always last on my list.

By joining FM i have made lots of new friends and they have made me feel very welcome & supported me on my journey. I am feeling the energy that surrounds me now & this is all thanks to the people who DO care about me & have helped build my self confidence.
