Are you waiting for the new year to start working on your goals? Does this sound like you: ‘oh it’s the holiday season, I’ll be busy and out most evenings and will be indulging over Xmas so Ill just wait until after Xmas to start?
The most important part of your goals isn’t actually to achieve the goal … it’s learning how to instill better habits while enjoying your life and social events. Because you’re always going to be busy. There’s always going to be birthday, holiday, baby shower, major life events.
Besides whenever I wait to start something in a new year, a new month or a new week, and i don’t see through the challenge I feel like such a failure and I beat myself up. So why not see this last few weeks of 2022 as a trial run to incorporate habits to get to where you want to be? So that by the new year it’s already a habit, you’re already on your way to yet another great year ahead ❤️
📚 Want to write that book? Get started! An hour a day…it might be finished by Christmas!
⏰ want to go to bed earlier? Turn off all technology and stop scrolling … read a book instead
🧘♂️ want to get moving more? Head outside for a walk 30 mins a day, or drop me a message to start your yoga journey. Go for a swim once a week, or get with a friend for a cycle! send that message to book in your personal training… is offering a 10 days free PT experience so drop him a message.
Whatever you’re dreaming about, whatever you’re wanting … don’t wait. Put intention in today and get started ✨

RETREATS ✨
You feel as if you’re taking a much needed break in a place where you can relax and rejuvenate…even though you didn’t know you needed that time and space. Taking yourself on a retreat is one of the best gift of self care - to be taken care of and put first.
We spent a week in Italy where we supported each other, not just on our practice, fell together, laughed a lot and just connected ⚡️ connected with each other, with nature but most importantly with our breath, coming back to our centre 🙏
I love holding this space and watching individuals come together as individuals and leaving as connected individuals with new friends and feeling lighter ❤️ excited to be wrapping up 2022 with another retreat at the end of November deep in the Cotswolds at with open fires 🍃 the food prepared by will be absolutely phenomenal, on site massages by will give you that extra bit of ahhh 😌 we have room for two more of you to join us on this magical weekend if you are looking for a bit of time to focus on you 🌼
We also have a day retreat on Dec 4th at with wreath making by the fire in the afternoon with 🎄 keep an eye out tomorrow for a giveaway we’re running!
The most wonderful week with this incredible group ✨ my heart is full… with JOY - witnessing the coming together of the group and seeing friendships formed (over 40 bottles of wine nonetheless)
PEACE - sharing what I love and do best in such a tranquil setting and so much more I can’t even begin to put in to words.
Thank you to each of you for making this week so much more than just a ‘yoga retreat’. HashtagBlessed 🙏 It’s been a week of connection, a little mischief, a little boat pose (wish I did more) with a WHOLE LOTTA laughter, love, mosquito bites and wine 🍷
You’re every yoga teachers dream 💕 can’t wait for us to do it all over again together. Each of us brought magic to the table that we all needed. I can’t believe how well we all got on, how everything just flowed seamlessly and effortlessly - truly grateful for you to allow me to hold this space for us ✨
Until the next one
Drop a 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ if you’d like to join us for our next one!
👋🏼 hello! Just me and the fluff 🐶 we’ve just been hibernating over winter cosying up to each other 💕
We hope you’re enjoying these warmer, lighter days - the motivation just kicked in from nowhere and I feel so much more alive!
I spent so much time this winter wondering why I’m so tired, something must be wrong with me, looking for my motivation, but now … I realise nothings wrong with me! it’s the weather. It’s the warmth and the light my soul needed 🙏🏼
Yet another reminder to be kind to ourselves. Nothing is ever ‘wrong’ with us ❤️
Mental health is hard
because people can’t see it.
Skin rash?
Here’s some cream.
Broken leg?
Let’s get you a cast.
Depression?
Here’s some antidepressant and it’s probably just a phase.
Anxiety?
It’s all in your head.
Maybe you should go see a doctor.
Therapist?
It’s too expensive.
Caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. A few of my go-to’s for looking after my mind:
📚 journaling - so often i find the direction or answers I need through writing
🕰 quiet time - calm time daily to quieten the mind
🎶 podcast to strengthen my mind, my firm favourite:
🪴 houseplants collection keeps growing + the level of excitement when you see a new leaf unfurling!!
🐶 and this fluff helps with my mental well-being…caring for something else (like plants) brings a sense of purpose
It might be hard today, easy tomorrow and hard again the next day…you can’t expect yourself to be the same every day.
Meet yourself where you are each day. Honour your progress ❤️
Please share with me your favourite podcasts so I can check them out!

Shall we do this together? 🍁 I hope you are well and had a beautiful summer! Leo and I have had the best time exploring Cornwall and Devon - coastal walks, days spent on the beach and watching sunsets. Thank you for sharing with us some of your favourite spots, we discovered and loved Instow, Saunton sands, Mawgan Porth and so...
Leo is One 🥳
How can so much joy come from such a small fluff? Happy First Birthday Leo 🎂
This little one makes me so incredibly happy every single day, my life is so much fuller because of you ❤️
We have had quite the adventure together in the past 9 months … and this month to celebrate his first birthday we are road tripping across Cornwall + Devon 🚗 🐾 For the WHOLE month! Starting at Padstow ➡️ Fowey ➡️ Dartmoor ➡️ Exmoor ➡️ Frome ➡️ (home for Soul Circus) ➡️ Woolacombe (we loved it here back in May so we’re back for another week!!)
It’s day 5 of our adventures and we have already been to quite a few beaches here and had quite a few ice creams…please comment below to let us know your favourite dog friendly beach / cafe / restaurant AND your go to ice cream flavour! Mine is chocolate and Leo’s would be ANY FLAVOUR!
A year on and we are (still) here ...
Except we’re not
We’re not still here
We are not the same
We have grown and we’re still growing
We are breathing
And we are living
Things will get better
There is more to us than yesterday or a year ago
I hope you look back on this season in awe of the unexpected, because somehow, through it all, life still managed to be ok. Good even. Meaningful moments still fell in place ❤️
What’s the greatest lesson a woman should learn?
That since day one, You have already had everything you need, within you ✨
Happy international women’s day 🙏🏼
