Shanti Om Yoga

300 hour White Lotus Certified Yoga Instructor. I received another 100 HRs in 2009. Yoga came into my life about 11 years ago, shortly after my mother's passing.

I received my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training at White Lotus Foundation in the summer of 2008. In 2009 and 2010 I started Shanti Om Yoga Studio out of my home- at that time in Atoka, TN. Life has taken me many places since then, so Shanti Om's home is virtually residing here, on FB. The practice of Yoga has had a profound impact in my life and I consider it a privilege to share with others. Namaste Om Shanti Om
